Я написал им, что купил пуховик месяц назад, и крайне недоволен его качеством. Предложил посмотреть 15 фотографий вылезающего пуха и ответить мне - если это брак, тогда я настаиваю на рефанде или обмене на новую вещь. Ну, а если это не брак - тогда почему же ваши куртки настолько bad

CG Official Warranty Policy
~Canada Goose products purchased from authorized dealers are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the “Lifetime of the Product”. Therefore, if a Canada Goose product purchased from an authorized dealer ever fails within its lifetime, due to manufacturing defects or workmanship, Canada Goose will, at its option, repair or replace the product without charge. The Warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear and negligence. The Canada Goose Warranty is voided if you remove any labels/tags or if the product has been tailored or altered in any way. For purposes of this Warranty, “Lifetime of the Product” means the usual and customary wearable life of the product by the original owner.~
We understand that many of our customers have built strong relationships with the stores in which they purchased their Canada Goose jacket(s). However, Canada Goose prefers to work directly with you regarding inspections, repairs and the set up any Return Authorization (RA). We are confident that we will extend you the same exceptional customer experience. To set up a RA for you, we require the following information:
