Вот моя переписка с одним из работников СД, с которым наладил контакт ещё до этой ситуации.
Повод отмены доставки в Украину попахивает критинизмом зажравшихся капиталистов)

Unfortunately I’ve been advised that we are no longer able to deliver to Ukraine as our system cannot support the Russian alphabet.

But I make out all the orders in English, use the English version of the site, pay for your order via Paypal as well in English. May have the opportunity to return the delivery to Ukraine? for the time of my order had no problems with my orders!

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do in regards to this. Even though the Ukraine language is different to Russian the same Cyrillic characters are used (example: Україна) which our system cannot support.
Our IT department has disabled the ability to have orders shipped to Ukraine.

China is also not the Latin alphabet? But in China, you are sending as before? A week ago you were taking orders from the Ukraine, who cares what the alphabet? I Orders are Latin letters and everything was okay.
Sorry, but this is stupid, do not place orders, but because of the difference of alphabets.
Now I need to use intermediaries to pay them interest, that would make an order in your store, great!

We are also experiencing great issues with the Chinese characters as their addresses are coming through as ?????? ??????? on our system. It is likely that Chinese deliveries are also being looked at by the IT team.
