купил пару зарядок на солнечных батареях, одна пришла, вторая нет. Спрашиваю у продавца - в чем дело. В ответ от него письмо следующего содержания

Вопрос: зачем проду мое имя, и прочее высылать пиьсмом, если он и так все знает кроме имени? Зачем это нужно для рефанда?
