Селлер взломал аккаунт PayPal?!

Открыл диспут с продавцом о частичном возмещении.

I won an item for $ 41.
I paid for express delivery $ 42.
The sum which came out was $ 83.
You said that waterbag is absent and you will return $ 15.
You sent not express delivery, but the slowest one, and said that you will return the difference and will compensate the time that I had waited.
When I received an item I was shocked:
1. There were no plastic fasteners.
2. Some сlips were broken.
3. There was no cap on batteries.
4. Zipper diverges.
5. There are also not deducible spots.
You didn't mention this breakages at all!I can provide photos and video proofs of all breakages.
Now calculate your partial refund:$ 15 (water bag) + $ 15 (the difference in delivery) + $ 5 (repairs) = $ 35 - your partial refund for me.

Buyer made a deal OUTSIDE of ebay,I have the messages to prove it,so this dispute is out of ebay policies,I sent express,I have the reciept to prove it,No clips were broken when I sent it,and there was the cover on the batteries,Zipper was fine,This buyer is clearly trying to scam me becuase of the shipping delay which i apologized for and there was nothing I could do about it.I refuse to give him a partial refund.I have perfect feedback and do not scam people.I was doing him a favor shipping out of the US.I offered to refund him if he returned the bag but he is being very arrogant about it.I am not one to deal with internet fraud.This is going to leave a bad taste in my mouth.I just want to end this.I offered a refund if he returned the bag,but now i'm not comfortable doing it becuase he is claiming the bag is broken which he did becuase it was perfect when I shipped it out other than the water bag which was discussed.

Но я кляйм не отменял.
Неужели взломали аакаунт палки??? Я на всякий случай пароль уже сменил.
Что собственно мне делать? Писать в палку?

Не, навряд ли селлер взломал ваш аккаунт. Скорее это глюки paypal. Такое же бывало, на форуме писоли о таком.

Как то не логично, ведь я подаю жалобу и только я ее могу отменить.
