Единственное,что мне непонятно-так как это китайфон с двумя симками,явой и чем то там еще может быть аутентичным или нет .по теме-вы,получается,уже заплатили?Если да-то открывайте диспут на ибее.

Вопрос следующий, знали ли вы, что покупали китайфон, или продавец выдавал его за оригинальный ? Если вы знаете, что покупали и продавец не вводил вас в заблужение, то я бы на вашем месте диспут открывать не стал. У меня же ситуация немного другая, я купил аккум для фотокамеры, который продавец выставил как оригинальный и мне пришло аналогичное письмо с ебэя, о том, что это подделка и предложили открыть кэйс, что я и сделал, продавец прислал трек номер. Мне теперь не понятно, что делать в кэйсе, если я хочу получить свои деньги, а не фейковый аккум. Просто молчать и ждать ?
